Passang Tshering (born 28 October 1975) is a former football player from Bhutan. He played as striker for Transport United and Druk Star FC.
In 2007 he won the title of A-Division topscorer.[1] On 4 August 2007, Passang Tshering could go down in the history of football for three reasons - scoring a hatrick within three minutes, scoring nine goals in the second half (45 minutes), and scoring the highest goals in a single game, 17.[2]
Also Tshering is a member of the Bhutanese national team.
